- Unlimited e-mail, phone support and communication with your trainers
SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Semi-Private Personal Training is the new preferred way to train. These 30-minute sessions are cost-effective, fun, and clients who choose this option see massive results – everyone knows you work harder when you are in a group.
We match you with a team of people with similar goals and abilities so no one ever falls behind. Groups are limited to just FOUR (4) people so clients receive excellent levels of coaching just as they would in a private setting.
And the best part about our Semi-Private program? You do NOT need to bring a group! Once you're signed up as a Semi-Private client, we schedule you into an existing time slot with other Semi-Private clients. With our program, you never need to worry about finding someone to work out with you.

Semi-Private Personal Training program options include 2, 3 or 4 weekly sessions starting at $34 per session or less, depending on package selected.
ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Private training is great for people who prefer to work one-on-one. We'll design a program specific to your needs and continue to progress your training as you get healthier, leaner and stronger. Catering to busy people is our specialty, so our 30-minute private sessions are designed to utilize every minute of your time for maximum productivity.
One-to-One program options include 2, 3 or 4 weekly sessions starting at $60 per session or less, depending on package selected.
