  • Punch cards available for 10 classes ($120) and 20 classes ($200)
  • PLUS with your 10-class punch card purchase you receive TWO Buddy Passes to bring a friend at no extra cost; get FOUR Buddy Passes with a 20-class punch card
  • Drop-in single class: $15
  • Cash-only special $10 drop in

At Pinnacle Fitness we specialize in
Semi-Private Personal Training, offering
up to seven sessions daily. 

In addition we hold a limited number of Fitness Classes weekly, and you are invited to join us!

Our classes are appropriate for all fitness and experience levels. Instructors show modifications and progressions for all moves so that you can be successful no matter what.
Class Descriptions

Insanity is strength and conditioning for every fitness level. You’ll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed—without lifting a single weight. Instead, you’ll Dig Deep and cheer each other on during challenging cardio drills and explosive plyometrics designed to test your limits and leave you filled with a sense of accomplishment! Modifications are shown for all moves so you never need to jump - unless you want to! - and you will always feel successful.

PiYo is a truly unique and innovative way of approaching mind/body movement. PiYo is the perfect blend of Pilates, yoga, sports stretch, dance stretch, athletics and more. This is a workout for those who want more than just flexibility; they want to burn calories and build muscle. This dynamic fusion workout is easy on the joints yet delivers strength, balance, agility and flexibility in one unique calorie burning workout. Push your body to limits you never dreamed of achieving!

PopFusion Pilates is a fusion-style workout incorporating standing cardio movement, standing Pilates exercises and fast-paced mat Pilates. No two workouts are alike so you'll experience a wide range of Pilates movement and an ever-changing mix of cardio movement in varying forms of intervals, HIIT and Tabata formats. With modifications and challenges provided for the majority of the movements, PopFusion Pilates is fun and effective for all fitness levels.
